We do not control:

• how these providers process data
• how outputs are generated

You use the Services with this understanding.

8. User content

You:

• retain ownership of your inputs
• grant us a license to process and analyze them to provide the Services

You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

9. Data usage & training

10. Subscriptions and payments

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled.

All payments are non-refundable, unless required by law.

• your misuse of AI outputs

The Services are operated from the United States.

Users accessing from other countries do so at their own risk and must comply with local laws.

15. Disputes

You agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us.
